[PT] Ao longo desta semana procurámos widgets e informação acerca do álcool na adolescência, consequências do alcoolismo, como prevenir e, de certa forma corrigir os erros já cometidos pela sociedade portuguesa no que toca ao assunto em jogo.

 Também encontrámos um programa para fazer tutoriais (fraps) e outro para fazer apresentações online que podem ser incorporadas neste blog e no website (readtapestry).

 Uma das coisas que tinhas planeado fazer e não fizemos foi contactar colaboradores externos.

 Tivemos, no início da semana, um problema: o widget que adicionámos ao blog estava demasiado grande e, mesmo reduzindo o tamanho da "caixa", o zoom não se adequava. Mas, depois de várias tentativas, conseguimos criar um widget que redireciona o blog ao site que usamos para criar post-its online.

 Esta semana todos os elementos da equipa cumpriram as suas tarefas, o que melhora a qualidade do nosso trabalho.

Até à próxima terça iremos terminar a checklist.


[Eng] Throughout this week we tried widgets and information about alcohol in adolescence, consequences of alcoholism, how to prevent and somehow fix the errors already committed by the Portuguese society in relation to the matter at stake.
We also found a program to do tutorials (fraps) and another for online presentations that can be embedded on this blog and website (readtapestry).

One of the things we had planned to do and we esteemed was contact external reviewers.

We had, earlier in the week, a problem: we've added the widget to the blog he was too big and even reducing the size of the "box", the zoom did not fit. But after several attempts, managed to create a widget that redirects to the blog site we use to create online post-its.

This week all team members fulfilled their tasks, which improves the quality of our work.

Complementando a fase "Sonhar" / Complementing the dreaming stage

[PT] Visto que esta semana estamos na fase "explorar", estivemos a procurar diferentes wegbsites e encontrámos um que nos despertou a atenção e fez-nos "sonhar" mais um pouco.

 O site ( https://readtapestry.com ) permite-nos criar histórias numa espécie de "apresentação online". Podemos colocar gifs, imagens, efeitos de transição, tipos de letra diferentes, etc... A ideia que surgiu foi "porque não organizar a nossa informação num programa deste?". É muito mais interativo e dá para incorporar no website e neste blog.

 Deem uma vista de olhos no site. É espetacular!!


[Eng] Because this week we're at the stage "explore", we have been searching different websites and find one that attracted our attention and made us "dream" a little more.

The site (https://readtapestry.com) allows us to create stories in a kind of "online presentation". We can put gifs, images, transition effects, different fonts, etc. ... The idea that came up was "why not organize our information in this program?". It is much more interactive and gives to incorporate in website and in this blog.

 Quando estava a pesquisar encontrei um poema muito verdadeiro sobre álcool e queria partilhá-lo:

When I was researching I found a very true poem about alcohol and I wanted share it:

1ª semana - reflexão/ First week - reflection

[PT] Ao longo da semana passada definimos as ideias preliminares:

• Para quem é o projeto?
• O que sabemos acerca do público-alvo?
• Que desafios coloca?
• Como queremos apresentar a nossa conceção e o nosso projeto?

• Quem poderão ser os possíveis colaboradores?

 Distribuímos as tarefas pelos membros do grupo e elegemos o líder, definimos metodologias de trabalho e escrevemos-las no Google Docs, assim como a distribuição de tarefas e o resumo inical.

 Criámos este blog e investigámos um pouco na internet acerca do álcoolismo em Portugal, idades em que o tema em causa é uma realidade acentuada e dados estatísticos referentes ao consumo de álcool na população portuguesa. Também pesquisámos alguns widgets.

 Elaborámos um documento de auto e hetero avaliação no Google Docs, criámos uma conta no site www.linoit.com, que nos permite criar post-its online, assim como no site www.checando.com.br , no qual criámos a nossa primeira checklist.

 Como esperado, sentimos dificuldades em reunir o grupo e escolher o tema. Infelizmente, nem todos os membros do grupo fizeram as suas tarefas.

 Na próxima semana vamos entrar na fase "explorar", que consiste em pesquisar produtos finais semelhantes ao futuros nosso, sites que nos sejam úteis na criação de widgets e contactaremos os possíveis colaboradores externos.

 Estamos convincentes que as maiores dificuldades que se possam avizinhar estejam relacionadas com o manuseamento de novas ferramentas necessárias para elaborar widgets.

 Tentaremos reunir mais o grupo e fazer com que cada elemento do grupo cumpra o seu "papel".

[Eng] Over the past week we defined the preliminary ideas:

To who is the project?

What do we know about the target audience?

What are the challenges?

How do we want to present our conception and our project?

Who are the possible collaborators?

Distributed tasks by group members and elected the leader, we defined work methods and wrote it on Google Docs, as well as the distribution of tasks and initial summary.

We created this blog and we investigated a bit on the internet about alcoholism in Portugal, ages at which the subject in question is a sharp reality and data statistical related to alcohol consumption in the Portuguese population. Also researched some widgets.

We have drawn up a document auto and hetero evaluation in Google Docs, we have created an account on www.linoit.com, which enables us to create sticky notes online, as well as the site www.checando.com.br, in which we created our first checklist.

As expected, we felt difficulties in gathering the group and choosing the theme. Unfortunately, not all members of the group made ​​their tasks.

Next week we will enter phase "explore", which is to search for similar end products to ours, sites which are useful in the creation of widgets and will contact potential external reviewers.

We are convinced that the greatest difficulties looming that may relate to the handling of new tools to develop widgets.

We will try to gather more the group and have each group member fulfills its "paper".

Resumo inicial - sonhos que se transformarão (brevemente!)/ Initial Resume - dreams that will become (briefly!)

[PT] Na fase "sonhar" o objetivo é dar asas à imaginação e viajar para um mundo recheado de criatividade e originalidade, o que nos dará acesso a um melhor produto final, seja o website com widgets incorporados.

  Tema eleito: Álcool.

  Público alvo: Jovens

 Sabemos que este público, normalmente, encontra-se numa fase em que a curiosidade é acentuada, de modo que o grande desafio é corrigir os atos já existentes pela maioria da população portuguesa, mas também prevenir que os mais novos  se tornem alcoólicos. Temos também em conta as “consequências do consumo de álcool”, sendo um dos temas a abordar.

 

 Possíveis colaboradores envolvem médicos do centro de saúde de Odemira, a professora Rosália e, se necessário, outros professores de Ciências.

 Pensámos em apresentar o nosso website ao 2º ciclo da nossa escola, o que envolverá também a apresentação dos  widgets, e, para que a apresentação seja mais interativa, convidaremos alguns dos alunos presentes a manipulá-los.

 

 Uma das ideias que tivemos para a apresentação do produto final consistia em elaborar um video em que apresentamos o nosso site (uma espécie de tutorial), e à medida que os posts fossem surgindo, nós faríamos um resumo oral acerca dos conteúdos abordados.

 Para nós, só o projeto iTEC em si é um desafio; tal como tem acontecido nos ciclos de pilotagem anteriores, precisaremos de diversos conhecimentos informáticos e conhecimentos científicos. Talvez o maior desafio seja criar um widget criativo, fácil de manusear por parte dos cibernautas e, ao mesmo tempo, educativo.

Theme elected: Alcohol.

Target Audience: Youth

We know that the public usually is at a stage where curiosity is strong, so the challenge is to correct existing acts by the majority of the Portuguese population, but also prevent the young from becoming alcoholics. We also regard the "consequences of alcohol consumption" being a topics to aboard.

Possible collaborators are health center’s doctors of Odemira, teacher Rosália and, if necessary, other science teachers.

We thought about presenting our website for the 2nd cycle of our school, which also involves the presentation of widgets, and for the presentation is more interactive, we’ll invite some of the students present to manipulate them.

One of the ideas we had for the presentation of the final product was to design a video that we present in our website (a kind of tutorial), and as the posts were coming up, we would make an oral summary about the subjects covered.

For us, only iTEC project itself is a challenge. As has happened in previous cycles of piloting, we will need many computer skills and scientific expertise. Perhaps the greatest challenge is to create a creative widget, easy to handle by the Internet surfers and at the same time, educational.

[PT] Para que tudo seja um pouco mais fácil, definimos metodologias de trabalho que aplicar-se-ão ao longo de todo este ciclo de pilotagens.

• Serão elaboradas checklist em grupo, semanalmente, no site http://www.checando.com.br/criar-checklist, e as mesmas serão impressas e distribuídas por todos os elementos do grupo. Para as partilharmos será necessário exportá-las e de seguida serão colocadas na Dropbox.

• Este blog será o nosso aliado, onde iremos "mostrar ao mundo" todo o processo até ao produto final. Podem-se esperar muitos mais posts aqui, visto que este blog é mesmo um "diário de bordo" da nossa equipa durante todo este ciclo de pilotagens.

Online post-its (http://www.linoit.com) to reflect and write down our ideas, problems and respective solutions. The site used is quite easy and multifunctional: it can attach pictures, videos, see the day we published each post-it notes, and much more to discover!

Checklist will be developed in group weekly at the site http://www.checando.com.br/criar-checklist, and it will be printed and distributed to all group members. To share it we will need to export it and then we’ll place it in Dropbox.

This blog will be our ally, where we will "show the world" the whole process till the final product. Expect many more posts here since this blog is even a "logbook" of our team throughout this cycle of pilotages.

Distribução de tarefas/ Distribution of tasks

 [PT] Para que consigamos "cortar todas as metas" envolvidas no projeto iTEC, é necessário organizar o grupo. Nada melhor do que aproveitar o melhor de cada um! Para isso, distribuímos as tarefas.

 A Mónica tem mais facilidade na escrita e na parte de tradução do website e blogue, por isso ficará responsável por essas mesmas tarefas. Novamente ligada à parte da redação surge a pesquisa. Achamos que a aluna será capaz de tratar os dados e postá-los posteriormente no website e/ou blogue. Visto que a aluna já tem alguma experiência em elaborar widgets online, ficará também encarregada de realizá-los. Por unanimidade, esta aluna foi eleita líder do grupo.

 O Rafael tem variados conhecimentos informáticos, por isso ficará responsável pelo design do site e criará widgets online, A partilha de informação nas redes sociais ficará também a seu cargo.

 O Tiago tem bom aproveitamento a Inglês, logo a tradução será feita por ele. Em conjunto com a Joana M, tratará de elaborar widgets a partir do Scratch.

 Todos ficarão responsáveis pelas gravações no TeamUp, pois não faria sentido esta tarefa ficar a cargo de um só elemento, e manuseamento de programas necessários ao desenvolvimento do projeto, sendo que este é, na nossa opinião, um dos principais objetivos do Ciclo 5 de Pilotagens iTEC, e poderá ser bastante enriquecedor e útil no futuro.

Tiago’s good at English, so the translation will be done for him. Together with Joana M, he will draw widgets from scratch.

We all will be responsible for the TeamUp recordings, because it wouldn’t make sense this task be undertaken by a single element, and handling programs necessary to develop the project, and this is, in our opinion, one of the main goals of Cycle 5 of pilotages iTEC, and can be quite rewarding and helpful in the future.

O regresso - iTEC Ciclo 5 de Pilotagens/ The return- iTEC Cycle 5 of pilotages

 [PT] Olá a todos!

 É com bastante satisfação que arregaçamos as mangas para voltar a este grande desafio que o  iTEC representa. Para que fiquemos bem esclarecidos, o iTEC é um projeto a nível mundial que tem como principal objetivo envolver as novas tecnologias nas aulas. Por outras palavras, é um projeto que tenta conciliar as novas tecnologias e a escola.

 A nossa turma (9ºA da escola nº 1 de Saboia) já participou nos Ciclos 4 e 3 de pilotagens iTEC. Os blogs criados e dinamizados pelos diferentes grupos da nossa turma encontram-se na barra "Blogs iTEC Saboia", à direita.

 Este ciclo será mais exigente em termos de autonomia, colaboração, espírito crítico e iniciativa, mas estamos confiantes de que valerá a pena todo o trabalho.

 Já começámos a concretizar múltiplas tarefas... bem, o melhor é esperar por mais, não? Não vamos dizer tudo de uma só vez!...

It‘s with great satisfaction that we rolled up our sleeves to get back to this great challenge that is iTEC. For staying well understood, iTEC is a worldwide project that has as main objective involve new technologies in the classroom. In other words, it is a project that attempts to reconcile the new technologies and school.

Our class (9A school nº1 of Saboia) has participated in the Cycle 3 and 4 of pilotages iTEC. The blogs created and dynamised by the different groups in our class are in the "Blogs iTEC Saboia" bar on the right.s

This cycle will be more demanding in terms of autonomy, collaboration, critical thinking and initiative, but we are confident that it will be worth all the work.

We have already started to implement multiple tasks ... well, it’s best wait for more, no? We will not say everything at once! ...
